Service Execution

All penetration testing and architectural reviews are conducted under strict non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). Clients must provide explicit, documented authorization before any active probing of production environments commences.

Liability Limitation

Obsidian Vault Cyber shall not be held liable for incidental downtime resulting from authorized stress testing of fragile legacy systems. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific consulting engagement.
